Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, , Business Administration, Chartered Account (CA, ACCA) or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain finance or a similar analytical role in finance, with a proven track record of driving cost efficiencies and process improvements.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to interpret complex financial data.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

- Monthly Closing and Reporting: Manage the monthly supply chain closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Risk Mitigation and Control Management: Ensure that supply chain controls are adequately designed and operating effectively to mitigate potential risks.
- Data Analysis and Benchmarking: Perform regular deep dives into cost elements, conduct competitive benchmarking, and partner on value initiatives to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
