The person will be responsible for developing and effectively implementing recruitment strategy to identify and recruit best suited candidates for required role.

Core duties include calling prospects (Telephonic Screening), scheduling shortlisted applicants for interviews, conducting computer assessments, taking follow-up from applicants, handling internal customer requests for referral promotions and assisting analysts for all other daily recruitment activities

Responsibilities

  • Calling applicants and conduct a short telephonic interviews daily by analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Understanding program/campaign requirements and identifying qualifying resources for the programs
  • Liaison with campaign managers in aligning with campaign requirement and ensuring hiring of resources within the assigned time
  • Develop a comprehensive recruitment process that include: telephonic assessment, in-person interview, skills & computer assessment test and final interview with Operations team
  • Identify future talent needs and develop talent pool
  • Conduct Pre NHT (New Hire Training) or Role Awareness Session for each hired batch
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment data
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
  • Develop college/university campus recruiting programs
  • Conduct on campus seminar at language centers, universities and various community centers
  • Active participation in employment events, such as career fairs
  • Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process
  • Conducting Face to Face Interviews when & where required.
  • Handling/Catering request of internal customers for referrals
  • Taking care of recruitment lab while efficiently coordinating with IT Department
  • Maintaining records for applicants
  • Assisting line manager in all other recruitment activities
  • Coordination on emails pertaining to daily activities
  • Any other task assigned by the management from time to time

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Business Administration/Masters (HR Background Preferable)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and Urdu), both verbal and written
  • Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel and MS Power point
  • Ability to handle and work under pressure
  • String Reporting and Analytical Skills
  • Time Management
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must be a Team player

  • Smart worker with solution oriented approach
  • Quick learner
