Purpose

This position is for a candidate to effectively serve business need through leading testing & deployment of various projects over different technical platforms for KE’s Distribution Business Units. Position is responsible for through unit and integration activities and ensure readiness of the product before offering to end user. It will serve the objective for quality assurance of technology deployments and ensure no harm to business continuity for smooth operations.

Education And Relevant Experience

Electrical Engineering/IT graduate with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience

Knowledge

• Domain Knowledge of ERP systems and especially SAP-PM/CRM is required.
• Analytical skills and be able to understand the sequence of workflows.
• Communication and Reporting skills in order to transform the conversations and the current working procedures into a documented business process.
• Hands on experience of working on different platform of application and ERP’s across distribution.
  
  

Area Of Responsibilities

Process Development & Deployment (40%)

To analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to map existing processes.

• To closely align with ITG to initiate process developments.
• To facilitate development and rollout of new solutions, reports, and dashboards for operations.
• To conduct integration feasibility of different technical processes like SAP-PM CRM, GIS, NSIS, and OMS in coordination with ITG.
• To work as an intermediary between stakeholders and the SAP technical support teams in relation to development, implementation/ roll outs and on ground support for SAP functionality.
• To support teams in post-rollout hypercare support for business continuity.
• To trains users and supports training in the basic usage of assigned system’s/technology’s functionality.
  
  

Process Verification & Testing (50%)

• To align and schedule end users for acceptance testing.
• To draft SOPs / instruction manuals to help end users perform routine task on new process / system.
• To carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with end users and preparing test cases/scripts.
• To performing unit & integration testing for assigned module from development to production.
• Perform quality assurance check prior to development release for the Distribution team.
• Ensure testing proof readiness as per predefined templates
• To perform troubleshooting of configuration and master data problems and makes changes in configurations to resolve errors.
• To maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with process owners, functional and technical team members, and users.
• To follow standards and best practices in the delivery and maintenance of systems.
  
  

Status Reporting (10%)

• To prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports/presentations for higher management, this includes but is not limited to; exceptional reporting, summarized reporting, Pre and Post analysis, KPI-based reporting and mail-based escalations.
