Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Task Management:
  • Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members as needed.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Communication:
  • Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure that meeting outcomes are documented and communicated.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on project status and progress.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is organized and easily accessible.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify and assess potential project risks.
  • Develop mitigation strategies to address risks and minimize their impact.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the project, such as scheduling meetings, processing invoices, and managing contracts.
  • Provide support with procurement and vendor management activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
