We are seeking a results-driven FP&A professional with a consulting mindset who can be deployed to client

organizations to support strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The ideal

candidate combines a strong analytical foundation with sound business judgment, effective communication skills, and a hands-on approach to financial data and decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities

● Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans for client organizations
• Develop dynamic financial models that provide insights into revenue, cost, margin, and profitability drivers

● Variance Analysis & Performance Reporting:

• Adopt a skeptical and practical mindset in conducting detailed variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from budget/forecast
• Challenge superficial or inconsistent explanations, seeking to uncover underlying business drivers behind financial trends and movements
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packs with clear commentary on key variances and trends

● Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations, Marketing) to gather input, validate assumptions, and provide financial insights that inform decision-making
• Participate actively in client calls and meetings, asking well-formulated questions and presenting analysis to both finance and non-finance stakeholders

● Project & Scope Management:

• Take ownership of assigned workstreams, managing deliverables in line with project timelines and quality expectations
• Display a firm understanding of project scope, objectives, and the distinction between strategic consulting and operational finance support

● Analytical Development & Insight Generation:

• Design and execute insightful financial analyses that go beyond the numbers to highlight risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations
• Propose innovative methods for data visualization, dashboards, and storytelling to enhance the impact of financial presentations

● Reporting & Presentation:

• Demonstrate a strong grasp of good reporting principles and create concise, executive-ready slides and dashboards using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel
• Clearly communicate financial concepts and implications to diverse audiences

● Ownership, Initiative & Collaboration:

• Lead source identification, data gathering, and interpretation for financial analyses
• Proactively seek guidance from senior team members when needed, while confidently sharing personal insights and solution ideas
• Manage personal workload effectively, delivering high-quality outputs in line with tight deadlines

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
• Work experience:
• Associate: 4+ years of relevant FP&A experience in a corporate, consulting, or client facing role at reputable firms
• Experience working in a FMCG company is preferred
• Strong business acumen and ability to link financial outcomes to operational performance
• Possesses a quick learning aptitude, adept at assimilating new information rapidly, and employs a methodical approach to problem-solving
• Displays passion and a fervent drive to tackle complicated problems, a comfort level with ambiguity, and an inclination to question conventional wisdom in pursuit of the right answer
• Demonstrates well-honed analytical skills, showing ease with complex data sets and an innate ability to verify results logically
• Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills, showcasing the ability to articulate thought coherently
• Shows motivation for executing projects to completion, backed by effective project management abilities an meticulous attention to detail
• Capable of working independently, with strong self-motivation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent proficiency in the English language is a prerequisite
