About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Associate Architect with hands-on expertise in Node.js and extensive experience in developing fintech and stock trading applications. This role involves designing and implementing high-performance solutions while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement solutions for fintech and stock trading platforms using Node.js.
• Translate business needs into scalable, reliable, and secure technical designs.
• Develop and optimize backend systems for real-time data processing and trading.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate financial APIs and trading platforms.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and cybersecurity best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and guide best practices in Node.js and fintech application development.

Key Qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years of hands-on Node.js expertise.
• Proven experience in fintech and stock application development.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and stock market data structures.
• Familiarity with API integrations (e.g., FIX protocol, Bloomberg, Reuters) and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in database systems: SQL, NoSQL, or time-series databases.
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• In-depth knowledge of real-time data streaming and high-availability systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with blockchain or AI/ML in fintech applications.
• Understanding of compliance standards (e.g., MiFID II, SEC).
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
