Job Summary

The Associate - FC Post Investigation & CFT Desk is responsible to analyse comprehensive impact of financial crime related regulatory matters on the relevant business area and its operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing governance and oversight over the implementation of FCC-related policies and procedures in Country to ensure compliance with such policies and procedures
  • Support relevant stakeholders to make decisions based on current and possible future policies, practices and trends on the interpretation and application of regulatory expectations
  • Execute activities as part of the FC Post Investigations & CFT Desk team (including but not limited to Quality Control Outcome reviews for Act, QA reviews, Controls Checks, Health checks)
  • Provide advice to relevant stakeholders on compliance with Group standards relating to FCC related matters.
  • Perform NACTA reconciliation on as and when basis.
  • Perform post investigation actions post CMLCO approval on SARs on as and when basis.
  • Perform Public domain search for identification and reporting of terrorist incidents/ attack to the Head Post Investigations.
  • Ensure FMU queries are addressed timely complying with the provision of information
