Job Summary

This role will be responsible for supporting the Wealth Management Team with the development and implementation of Global Wealth Management policies and regulations issued by country regulators (SECP and SBP). It includes monitoring all Group-based documentation for Product Launch to identify and address any gaps in business strategies, identifying and addressing any lapses in the products or approved process management, and managing end-to-end risk by identifying, logging, and tracking risk events and issues, as well as preparing updates for various risk forums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Wealth Management Team with development and implementation of WM business strategies.
  • Have awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role.
  • Leverage strong alliances with the WM team and relevant partner’s network to crystallize policies and process management implementation.
  • Be centre of expertise in providing guidance to the team in terms of local regulations and group guidelines.
  • Vigilant monitoring of all Group based documentation for Product Launch to identify and remedy any gaps.
  • Improve and simplify WM sales process to free up RM sales capacity and improve customer experience, without sacrificing effectiveness of control.
  • Leverage best practices from other countries to simplify processes and ensure flawless execution and compliance.
  • Drive the implementation of WM projects on system platforms, risk management, processes simplification & standardization etc.
  • Execute project and change management across all products in country regulatory and consistently to ensure flawless execution and compliance.
  • Monitor and follow through an effective project plan and communication tool, in collaboration with key stakeholders and support functions, to ensure a coherent and seamless delivery of project plan.
  • Ensure that there are no lapses that could lead to potential reputational or financial losses by assessing existing processes and re-engineering for betterment.
