Job Summary
The Associate HR Business Partner will support the Head of HR in delivering comprehensive HR services across Abbott’s EPD Operations and D&D Businesses. This role involves active participation in HR operations and talent acquisition, playing a key role in ensuring smooth execution and implementation of HR processes and in fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

Job Summary
The Associate HR Business Partner will support the Head of HR in delivering comprehensive HR services across Abbott’s EPD Operations and D&D Businesses. This role involves active participation in HR operations and talent acquisition, playing a key role in ensuring smooth execution and implementation of HR processes and in fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
Major Responsibilities
- Assist in Talent Acquisition activities, including:
- Data sorting and candidate screening
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- Conducting preliminary assessments and interviews
- Manage pre- and post-recruitment operations, including documentation and filing
- Support business partnership activities across EPD Operations functions and Device & Diagnostic divisions
- Assist in the onboarding and integration of new joiners.
- Provide support in Employee Relations and Labor Union affairs
- Periodically update the Organogram for EPD Operations
- Prepare and submit monthly headcount reports
- Assist in Training Needs Assessment and implementation of training plans
- Support in managing employee grievances, counseling, and misconduct cases in accordance with the Code of Business Conduct
- Ensure that all HR files and documentation is up to date and timely in place, this includes documents forwarding to other departments, particularly Finance for further action(s)
- Prepare HR letters and ensure that all HR forms are timely completed and submitted right from pre-induction of employee to post-exit documentation
- Graduate degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline. Master’s degree and/or an HR majors would be a plus but is not essentially required
- Preferably 3 years of Relevant Experience in Generalist Role
- Good conceptual understanding of Standard HR Operations
- Hands on experience on MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
