Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Search and find the best compatible candidates for technical roles.
• Use LinkedIn, AI tools, and other channels to engage and interact with potential candidates.
• Utilize AI-driven platforms to streamline candidate sourcing, screening, and internal HR tasks.
• Maintain HR records, employee files, and databases in HR software.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions.
• Assist in the preparation of HR documents such as contracts, letters, and policies.
• Support payroll processing and leave management.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Assist in the performance management and appraisal cycles.
• Stay updated with HR best practices, AI applications in HR, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Have 1+ year of HR experience, preferably in the tech company.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to efficiently multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Be a team player ready to collaborate with other departments.
• Strong social PR skills with an active and professional LinkedIn presence.
• Basic experience in sourcing and outsourcing candidates through multiple channels.
• Knowledge and practical experience using AI tools for HR processes is a plus.
