Associate Marketing Analyst

Job Overview:

The Associate Marketing Analyst at CureMD will support the product marketing team in driving growth initiatives and executing a variety of campaigns from start to finish. This role involves gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends, creating high quality content and assisting in performance reporting across multiple channels. This position offers hands-on experience with a wide range of marketing activities, providing exposure to the full marketing process, including content strategy, development, execution, optimization, and measurement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market and competitor research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and new opportunities
• Assist in synthesizing research into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and leadership
• Contribute to the development of strategic content, including campaign messaging, creative briefs, landing pages, blog outlines, taglines, and other written materials
• Support the preparation of performance reports for management, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts
• Help design and support testing and optimization initiatives under the guidance of senior team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities align with broader organizational goals
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across various channels, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance outcomes
• Ensure every piece of content and research output is high-quality, accurate, and meticulously reviewed
• Explore and experiment with AI tools and prompt engineering to support content development, data synthesis, and insight generation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing or analytics
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Strong analytical skills, creative storytelling ability and strong interest in product marketing
