Responsibilities:
- To identify the Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
- Secure new business through prospecting lead generation (Linkedin), converting Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL), and closing sales as per business goals
- Conduct effective business development and sales meetings (audio/video) professionally and persuasively.
- Drive Clustox Sales Cycle (that includes discovery, assessment, proposal presentation, and negotiations)
- Recording status, managing information, and reporting performance in the CRM tool such as HUB Spot
- Document case studies for showcasing to prospective clients
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customers' needs (ICP)
- Bachelors degree in business/marketing/CS or relevant from a reputable university.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written, English).
- Good research aptitude to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Confident in delivering presentations and engaging with prospects
- Internship or hands-on experience in IT Services Sales (3-6 months) preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation tools (CRM) is a plus
- Candidates with an O/A Level academic background will be given preference
- EST overlap required
