Associate Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Technical Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands software development workflows, enjoys coordinating between teams, and wants to grow into a full project management role.

Key Responsibilities:

You will assist in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. You will help define project scope, timelines, and milestones, track progress, identify risks, and ensure clear communication across teams. You will also support documentation, reporting, sprint planning, and quality assurance processes while ensuring project goals align with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

You should have a basic to solid understanding of software development processes (web, mobile, or SaaS). Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, GitHub/GitLab, or similar project management and collaboration tools is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.

Nice to Have:

Experience coordinating with cross-functional or remote teams, basic technical knowledge of APIs, databases, or cloud platforms, and prior experience in a startup or agency environment.
