Phaedra Solutions is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate Trainee Business Developer to join our team. This entry-level position provides hands-on exposure to client communication, proposal writing, project coordination, and business development activities. It’s an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical experience in a fast-paced IT services environment while contributing to ongoing business growth.

• Assist in drafting and sending follow-up emails, proposals, and client communications.
• Support in creating and managing project-related documents, including proposals, contracts, and agreements.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and maintain timely communication.
• Conduct research on potential clients, industries, and emerging market trends.
• Help maintain and update CRM records and lead management systems.
• Prepare basic presentations and reports for internal or client use.
• Keep track of communication logs, client responses, and feedback.
• Perform administrative tasks to support daily business operations and project management activities.
• Learn and utilize internal tools such as ClickUp (for task tracking) and GChat (for internal communication).
• Join client meetings when required and assist in capturing key points and follow-up actions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related discipline.

• Basic understanding of business development and sales processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assist in creating proposals, presentations, and documentation.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with scheduling meetings and using productivity tools (preferred).
• Basic research and reporting abilities.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Team player with good interpersonal and time management skills.
• Comfortable adapting to new tools, software, and workflows.
