Summary
As an Associate UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing user-friendly interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience across our digital products. You will collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and developers to create compelling designs that meet user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with product goals and user needs.
Create visually appealing UI components and design assets for web and mobile applications.
Maintain design consistency by adhering to style guides and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
Skills
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
Experience
Fresh to maximum year of experience in UI/UX design or a related role.
