This role requires a strategic thinker with solid experience in customer relationship management, sales strategy development, and market analysis to expand our import business. The successful candidate will oversee a team of three professionals, guiding them to achieve sales targets, enhance customer engagement, and optimize forecasting processes. This position demands a proactive individual who can leverage salesforce CRM tools and apply comprehensive market research to support informed decision-making and improve sales performance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration and possesses three to five years of relevant experience in import sales management. They must be adept at creating and implementing sales strategies, performing detailed market analysis, and continuously monitoring market trends to identify growth opportunities. This role combines managerial responsibilities with hands-on sales leadership to ensure the team meets and exceeds company objectives in a competitive logistics market.
Qualification:BBA or MBAResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies focused on import operations to meet company targets and increase market share.Manage and lead a team of three sales professionals by setting clear goals, providing coaching, and evaluating performance to foster growth.Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build new customer partnerships by understanding unique business needs.Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive threats in the import logistics sector.Utilize Salesforce CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate accurate sales forecasts.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of import sales orders and resolve any client concerns promptly.Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to recommend adjustments in sales strategies and pricing models.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management to support business planning and decision making.Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical practices in all sales activities.
