In this role you will:
- Develop and Maintain Automation Scripts: Build and deploy scripts and bots to automate manual processes in our implementation workflows, aiming to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Implementation Teams: Work closely with our implementation and support teams to identify and prioritize areas for automation, gathering requirements to ensure effective and user-friendly solutions.
- Data Querying and Reporting: Utilize SQL for data querying to support automation processes and ensure data integrity.
- Integrate with AWS: Develop and maintain automation solutions that integrate effectively within our AWS environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and optimize automated processes, identifying potential improvements and adapting solutions as needed to address any evolving requirements.
Skills and Requirements:
- Core Skill – Python (2+ years): Proficiency in Python for automation, with experience in scripting, task automation, and bot creation.
- SQL Knowledge: Competency in SQL for querying databases as part of automation workflows.
- Experience with AWS: Familiarity with AWS services and experience in deploying scripts within a cloud-based environment.
- Problem Solving and Innovation: Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for automation and the ability to think creatively in designing solutions.
- Familiarity with Automation Tools: Experience with popular automation frameworks or tools such as Selenium, Airflow, or similar is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Relevant Certifications: AWS certification is a bonus, though not required.
