Summer 6 PM - 3 AM

Winter 7 PM - 4 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced B2B Marketing Strategist who understands the B2B customer journey inside out. This role is ideal for someone who can plan and execute strategies across both organic and paid channels, generate high-quality leads, and build marketing funnels that convert. You will be responsible for mapping the customer journey, identifying touchpoints, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.

Experience working with the B2B market is Preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end B2B marketing strategies (organic + paid)
  • Map out the full B2B customer journey and optimize it for lead generation and nurturing
  • Build multi-step funnels tailored for high-ticket and complex B2B sales cycles
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads focused on qualified leads
  • Oversee content strategy with a focus on thought leadership, SEO, and conversion
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with pipeline goals
  • Analyze performance data, KPIs, and ROI to refine strategy regularly
  • Own lead generation metrics and constantly improve CAC and CPL
  • Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for targeting key enterprise clients
  • Manage CRM and lead nurturing workflows (email, retargeting, retentions)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing strategy and lead generation
  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and decision-making journey
  • Deep experience in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and content-driven growth
  • Knowledge of CRMs, automation tools, analytics, and ad platforms
  • Ability to write or direct persuasive copy for landing pages and campaigns
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance measurement
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Must have hands-on experience marketing to the B2B audience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in marketing for tech, SaaS, consulting, or service-based B2B industries
  • Prior experience running marketing for a startup or growth-stage company
  • Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Zapier
