The Role:
We are seeking a talented and versatile B2B Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, and enhance our brand presence in a competitive market.
Role Overview:
As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing marketing strategies to target and engage corporate clients and our experts. A true marketing generalist, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, delivering impactful campaigns across multiple channels. With 2-4 years of experience, you will bring expertise in copywriting, email marketing, campaign management, and social media management to elevate our brand and drive business growth.
Strong, fluent, English language skills are of primary importance. Not just generally but as practiced in a more formal B2B context. Work in or with US / UK based companies desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Copywriting:
- Write compelling, audience-focused copy for marketing assets, including emails, landing pages, and social media.
- Ensure all content reflects a strong command of the English language, balancing formal and informal tones appropriate for B2B audiences and professional services settings.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts and content writers to promote thought leadership content that positions the company as a trusted partner.
Email Marketing:
- Plan, create, and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, engage prospects, and drive conversions.
- Optimize email performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis.
Campaign Management:
- Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, and other digital channels to ensure alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless campaign execution and messaging consistency.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and audience reach.
- Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor performance across platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies, improve ROI, and support data-informed decision-making.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and market trends.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 0 - 2 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within professional services, consulting, or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record in campaign management, email marketing, copywriting, and social media management.
Skills:
- Exceptional command of the English language, with the ability to craft content that balances professionalism with an engaging, accessible tone suited to B2B audiences.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, particularly in a professional services context.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
- Experience in managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
