Role Overview:
As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing marketing strategies to target and engage corporate clients. A true marketing generalist, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, delivering impactful campaigns across multiple channels. With 5-7 years of experience, you will bring expertise in ABM, LinkedIn advertising, and compelling copywriting to elevate our brand and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Develop and implement ABM strategies to target key accounts, leveraging personalized content and campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
- Utilise the HubSpot
- LinkedIn Paid Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns using the LinkedIn Ad Manager tool to enhance visibility, generate leads, and nurture prospects.
- Copy writing:
- Write compelling, audience-focused copy for marketing assets, including emails, landing pages and social media.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts and our content writers to promote thought leadership content that positions the company as a trusted partner.
- Campaign Management:
- Manage multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, paid digital advertising, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyse campaign performance metrics to refine strategies, improve ROI, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and market trends.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within professional services, consulting, or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record in ABM and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Ad Manager and familiarity with HubSpot or other leading marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills with a focus on B2B audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
