Job Title: Outreach Specialist
We’re seeking a proactive Outreach Specialist with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn. About the Role:
You’ll play a core role in converting lead lists into real pipeline opportunities. This position focuses on launching and optimizing multi-step outbound campaigns, personalizing messaging for different ICPs, and improving metrics such as reply rate and booking rate. You’ll collaborate closely with the BD and marketing teams to support predictable outbound growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare enriched lead lists for use in outreach tools.
- Set up and launch multi-step outbound email sequences using Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, or similar tools.
- Manage LinkedIn outreach sequences, including connection messages, follow-ups, and content-driven touchpoints.
- Personalize subject lines, messages, and value propositions for different ICPs and segments.
- Track metrics including deliverability, open rate, click-through rate, positive replies, and booked calls.
- A/B test messaging angles, CTAs, and cadence timings to improve performance.
- Maintain accurate lead statuses and pipeline updates within CRM or spreadsheets.
- Handle replies, categorize responses (positive / neutral / negative), and pass qualified leads to the BD team.
- Manage email domain warm-up, technical validation, and reputation safeguards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Collaborate with marketing to incorporate content pieces into nurturing messages or LinkedIn follow-ups.
- Provide weekly performance reports with insights and suggestions for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in outreach, lead generation, or outbound sales enablement.
- Hands-on experience with email outreach tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, or similar).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach workflows and messaging sequences.
- Good written English with the ability to write clear, simple messages.
- Basic understanding of ICPs and messaging personalization.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or CRM boards for pipeline updates.
- Consistency and attention to detail in daily outreach and follow-ups.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with reply handling and objection management.
- Basic understanding of DNS settings / deliverability concepts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Familiarity with call-booking tools like Calendly.
- Knowledge of cold email deliverability tactics and outreach best practices.
