This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Employing cutting-edge analysis tools and RAG vector stores to swiftly identify and resolve product defects.
- Utilizing AI development agents to innovate and deploy advanced features within cloud-native frameworks.
- Collaborating with a diverse, global team to deliver top-tier, enterprise-grade software solutions.
- Engaging in mundane infrastructure tasks; we minimize these to prioritize creative solution development.
- Enduring lengthy meetings; our focus is on coding, not endless discussions.
Drive the integration of AI-driven features to enhance workflows and equip service providers with cutting-edge tools.
Basic Requirements
- Possess an AI-First Mindset; if you instinctively code before integrating AI tools, this role isn't for you.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software development with a focus on server-side web applications.
- Proven track record in developing reliable B2B software applications.
- Extensive experience with cloud-native or serverless architectures, specifically on AWS.
- Professional experience utilizing GenAI code assistants like Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev.
- Demonstrated success in implementing Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative impact.
