Role Overview:

We are seeking a Backend Engineer who is proficient in backend development and capable of leading projects to success. The ideal candidate will be a Computer Science graduate with at least 1 year of experience. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in designing system architectures and relational databases are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Build, optimize, and maintain backend systems using technologies such as NestJS, NextJS, ReactJS, Strapi, and PostgreSQL. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Project Leadership: Lead project planning, execution, and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success. Support and guide team members to achieve project goals.
• System Architecture: Design and implement scalable system architectures. Create and manage Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and relational diagrams.
• Communication: Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Contribute to a positive team culture through effective communication.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges. Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in backend development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in NestJS, NextJS, ReactJS, Strapi, and PostgreSQL. Understanding of ERDs, relational databases, and system architecture design. Experience with RESTful APIs and basic microservices architecture. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Responsible and a team player with a proactive attitude.
