Backend Developer Intern(Leading to Job)

We are hiring a Backend Development Intern(Leading to Job) (Node.js/Fastify) at SkyOps in Rawalpindi!

Location: Rawalpindi (Onsite)

Stipend: Paid

What You'll Work On:

Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and Fastify

Design and consume RESTful APIs

Integrate with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

Collaborate with senior developers, DevOps, and frontend teams

Participate in code reviews and agile workflows

What We're Looking For:

Basic understanding of JavaScript and Node.js

Familiarity with Fastify or Express.js (Fastify preferred)

Knowledge of RESTful API concepts and HTTP methods

Understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL)

Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Git/GitHub experience

Bonus Points For:

Experience with TypeScript

Basic understanding of authentication (JWT, OAuth)

Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest)
