Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a holistic backlink acquisition strategy, integrating both ethical (white hat) and strategic, risk-managed (grey hat) methodologies.
- Identify and secure high-quality, relevant link-building opportunities through diverse channels, including outreach, content marketing, broken link building, resource page creation, guest posting, and strategic PBN utilization where appropriate.
- Conduct in-depth competitor backlink analysis to uncover innovative and effective link-building tactics.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles rigorously using industry-leading tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).
- Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to create compelling, linkable assets and ensure content supports link-building goals.
- Continuously monitor search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies to maintain effectiveness, mitigate risks, and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Manage and optimize a diverse backlink portfolio, ensuring its resilience and long-term impact.
- Provide detailed, data-driven reports on backlink performance, organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and overall ROI.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices across the white and grey hat spectrum.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated experience in SEO, with a strong emphasis on backlink strategy and implementation.
- A comprehensive portfolio or detailed case studies showcasing successful backlink campaigns (both white and grey hat) and their measurable impact on rankings and organic traffic within the past year is mandatory.
- Expertise in a wide array of link-building techniques, including white hat (outreach, content marketing, broken link building) and grey hat (e.g., PBNs, strategic guest posting, content syndication), with a clear understanding of the risks and benefits associated with each.
- Advanced proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective outreach and team collaboration.
- Proactive problem-solver with a high degree of adaptability to the dynamic SEO landscape.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
