Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator based in Karachi, Pakistan, to support our teams across Pakistan, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Australia. The Benefits Administrator will play a critical role in managing and administering global benefits programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce. This role requires close collaboration with the HR team, ensuring that our benefits programs remain competitive, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with company objectives.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator based in Karachi, Pakistan, to support our teams across Pakistan, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Australia. The Benefits Administrator will play a critical role in managing and administering global benefits programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce. This role requires close collaboration with the HR team, ensuring that our benefits programs remain competitive, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement plans, and other employee perks, ensuring they are aligned with local regulations in Pakistan, Europe, the UK, and Australia.
- Support the integration of newly acquired companies into Banyan’s global benefits structure, ensuring consistency and compliance across regions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee inquiries related to benefits, ensuring clarity and understanding of the available programs.
- Work closely with the Manager, Compensation and Benefits and the Director of Payroll & Total Rewards to ensure seamless benefits administration across multiple regions, and assist in the review of benefit plan offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with local regulations and ensure that all benefits programs comply with relevant laws. Provide regular reports on benefits utilization, cost analysis, and employee satisfaction.
- Continuously assess and recommend enhancements to benefit offerings, aligning them with market trends and employee needs to support talent attraction and retention.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all benefits-related information, including enrollment, changes, and terminations, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration with a focus on international payroll and benefits programs, particularly in Pakistan, Europe, the UK, and Australia.
- Strong understanding of regional benefits regulations and practices across multiple countries, including healthcare, retirement, and statutory benefits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex benefits programs in a clear and concise manner to employees across different regions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with HR teams, leadership, and external vendors.
- High level of accuracy and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, G Suite, and other data management tools. Experience with benefits management platforms is a plus.
