Job Summary:
Serve as a strategic data partner to the Campaigns team, delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights to drive data-informed decision-making. Support the execution, tracking, and performance evaluation of campaigns through reporting, dashboarding, and ad-hoc analysis, enabling optimization and achievement of commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted analytics advisor to the Campaigns team by providing data-driven insights, performance tracking, and decision support.
- Own and manage recurring campaign reports and performance trackers, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
- Build, maintain, and optimize campaign dashboards to enable real-time performance monitoring and visibility for business teams.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses pre-, during, and post-campaign to surface actionable insights on key KPIs (GMV, Orders, CR, CTR, etc.).
- Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing stakeholders to support ad-hoc data requests and quick-turn analysis for time-sensitive campaigns.
- Ensure data integrity across reporting pipelines by working closely with data engineering and governance teams.
- Support query optimization and production dataset maintenance to improve dashboard efficiency and load time.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes, automation workflows, and campaign analytics frameworks.
- Drive performance management through the tracking and communication of KPIs, trends, and opportunities across different campaign types.
- Assist in pre-campaign planning by providing historical benchmarks and forecasting inputs when required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- Good communication skills – able to explain data points and trends to the stakeholders.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (especially during mega campaigns).
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL – ability to write simple to moderately complex queries.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.
- Exposure to Python/R for analysis or automation (not mandatory).
- Strong interest in working with data to derive insights and tell a story.
- Basic understanding of performance metrics like GMV, orders, traffic, conversion rate, etc.
- Ability to interpret data trends and communicate findings in a structured way.
