Job Summary:

At Manafa, we are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer with 3–4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, and BI solution development. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for transforming data into meaningful business insights.

Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and command of SQL for data manipulation, validation, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes and hands-on experience with ETL tools
Create and manage Power BI dashboards to provide insights and visualizations for data monitoring
Develop, maintain, and manage BI solutions using MongoDB and MySQL
Design, build, and deploy SSRS reports to support business operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
Optimize and tune database queries for performance
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all BI solutions
Provide support and training to end-users on BI tools and reports
Experience with other BI tools and technologies will be an advantage
Familiarity with cloud-based and on prem data platform and data warehouse technologies

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft BI, Power BI, etc.) will be a plus
