Responsibilities

• Generate accurate invoices for internet services provided to customers.
• Reconcile billing statements and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with customer support, sales, and finance teams to address billing-related issues and discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to internet service billing.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in billing, accounting, or financial analysis, preferably in the telecommunications or internet service provider industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other billing software systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
• Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance standards in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
