BMS Engineer

Job Descriptions:

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in Electronics / Electrical or Equivalent
• Minimum 5-7 years of direct experience in Building Management Systems.
• Proven project experience with BMS installation & commissioning including working with relevant controller program tools belonging to different BMS OEM such as Schneider Electric EcoStruxure, Schneider Workplace Tech Tool, Johnson Controls Metasys & Controller Configuration tool & Honeywell System Engineering Tool (SET). Certifications are mandatory.
• Work experience with Niagara Framework (Tridium) will be an advantage
• Calculating BMS design requirements, troubleshooting & integration.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment operation such as AHU, Chillers, FCU and others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Must be able to travel whenever required and work remotely.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Network and Communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, Profibus.
  
  
  

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in BMS programming and configuration
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and system diagnostics
• Hands-on experience with BMS controller programming tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with network configuration and understanding communication protocols
• Technical proficiency in HVAC systems
  
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advanced BMS tools and automation systems
• Familiarity with energy-saving technologies
• Certification in energy management systems
• Knowledge of cybersecurity as applied to BMS.

Location: Karachi.

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years

Work Timings / Day: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Work Mode: Onsite
