We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and providing financial support to our accounting team. Responsibilities:
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
Certification in bookkeeping or accounting related (e.g. ACCA, AIPB)

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and deposits
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide financial support to other departments as needed
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Bookkeeping certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
