JOB TITLE Brand Development Executive
FUNCTION Brand & Activation
LOCATION Lahore, Pakistan
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The Brand Development Executive will be responsible for assisting the delivery of the New Product Initiatives working closely with the GBS Brand Development Manager G35, brand strategic unit as well as the Ops NPI team to deliver the projects as per the teams’ strategic intent. The Brand Development executive G34 will have ownership of delivering all assigned projects for EM that are to be served and managing all senior partners as well as ensuring timely resolution of any bottlenecks along the way of projects for timely delivery

What You Will Be Accountable For
- E2E delivery of all NPI Projects with follow ups and project management with NPI managers
- Deliver the project agility in working with the NPI managers to identify opportunities to deliver desired timelines which would stretch standard SLAs on Project
- Management of the Project management system for NPI and ensuring all projects are tracking correctly on the system
- Generate analysis for senior management from the system of NPI progress and management
- Delivering NPI Business Case for approval by DRBU partners.
- Ownership of the packaging AW adaptation based on guidelines developed by the strategic brand groups
- Ensuring and following up on such packaging AW adaptations with relevant parties
- Strong project management skills
- High organisation skills

- Ability to maintain good relationship with cross functional team members
- Excellent project management skills
- Good time management skills
- A graduate in Marketing Business Management
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in marketing and brand roles
- Analytical and data-driven but also able to think and act creatively.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and extract insights
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexible and reliable team player who acts in the best interest of the department and company.
