Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and creative Brand Executive to support our marketing and employer branding initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining a consistent brand presence across social platforms, developing engaging content, and collaborating with internal teams to strengthen our overall brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence across social and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the Content Manager and creative teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and visuals.
- Support employer branding and testimonial initiatives to showcase culture, achievements, and customer stories.
- Coordinate and publish regular brand content aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor audience engagement trends and experiment with new content formats to improve reach and interaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date online business listings and profiles.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in brand management, social media marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in a professional services environment
- Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram platforms, trends, and audience behaviors with proven ability to drive engagement
- Creative Collaboration: Ability to brief, review, and collaborate effectively with designers, video editors, and other creative professionals
- Visual & Storytelling Skills: Strong eye for visuals and storytelling to ensure alignment with brand identity and messaging consistency
- Analytics & Reporting: Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track
- Strong communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate brand messaging across platforms and collaborate with cross functional teams
- Attention to detail: Must have a keen eye for detail to maintain brand consistency and identify opportunities for improvement
- Organizational skills: Requires strong organizational skills to manage content calendars, coordinate campaigns, and meet posting schedules
- Adaptable: Should be able to adapt to changing social media trends and algorithm updates while maintaining brand consistency
- Team player: Will be working closely with content and marketing teams, so should be collaborative with a results-driven approach
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications in social media marketing or digital marketing are advantageous
