Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Control Manager based in Rawalpindi. The role involves supervising the entire team, overseeing building operations, managing facilities, ensuring proper building maintenance, and developing and adhering to budgets.

Qualifications
- Proficient in Building Management and Facility Management (FM)
- Experience with Budgeting and resource management
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders
- Proven track record in leadership and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
