We are an IT Company specialising in developing and executing high-quality software and web solutions for a diverse range of clients. We are looking for a passionate business development Associate to join our team and add value to our growing BD team.
Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and client inquiries.
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, outreach, and networking.
Organize and manage client meetings, prepare presentations, and follow up on leads.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline, documentation, and CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions based on client needs.
Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
Help in refining and updating the company’s portfolio and marketing material.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Media, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in IT or tech).
Strong understanding of sales processes and business development strategies.
Familiarity with technical concepts, IT services, and industry terminology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
Highly organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
