Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business objectives, user needs, and project goals.
• Develop comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements to guide the UX/UI Design team.
• Conduct user research and usability analysis to inform design strategies and enhance user experiences.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving digital products.
• Partner with UX/UI Designers to conceptualize and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with user and business needs.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements, updates, and deliverables.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles and align them with business objectives.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in the IT industry.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in UX/UI or digital product development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
