Position: Business Analyst - HR Processes.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong understanding of HR processes. This role requires someone who excels at analyzing, documenting, and improving HR systems. If you are passionate about creating seamless HR workflows and improving business operations, we want you on our team!



Key Responsibilities

Analyze & Assess: Deeply understand current HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose data-driven solutions.

Document & Design: Create detailed documentation of HR workflows, process maps, and business requirements.

Collaborate: Work closely with HR teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate findings, and recommend solutions.

Drive Implementation: Assist in implementing new systems and improvements, ensuring alignment with HR goals.

Project Management: Manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Support & Training: Provide ongoing support to HR teams and conduct training sessions on newly implemented processes and systems.


Other Details:

Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on HR processes.

HR Expertise: Solid understanding of core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, create reports, and deliver actionable insights.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively.

Tools: Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS systems, workflow management tools, etc.)

Location: DHA Lahore

Timings: 9am - 6pm

Employment: Permanent/Part Time
