Business Analyst Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking two energetic and motivated Business Analyst Interns to join our team in Lahore. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1–2 years of experience who are eager to gain hands-on experience in business analysis and contribute to meaningful projects. This is a paid internship with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have basic experience in assessing business needs and facilitating the design of effective solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for interfacing between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project success and delivery in alignment with the attainment of business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support the team in understanding business needs, gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and assisting in designing effective solutions that align with organizational goals. You will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project execution. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, developing workflows, and optimizing business processes to drive operational efficiency. A critical part of your role will involve creating clear and user-friendly documentation including user manuals, admin manuals, training guides, and process documentation. This role is a great opportunity to grow your analytical and communication skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Interns who perform well may be offered a full-time role upon completion of the internship.

Required Skills:

• Experience in business analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements.
• Ability to assess and optimize business processes.
• Experience in documentation including user manuals, admin manuals, training guides, and process documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising between business and technical teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, and/or Canva for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with process modeling and workflow documentation.
• Fluency in both English and Urdu for effective communication.
• Understanding of business strategy and project management principles.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Experience:

Ideal candidates will be fresh graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience as Business Analyst, with a proven ability to assess business needs and design solutions that align with organizational goals. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, developing process models, and facilitating communication between business and technical teams is essential.

Education/Qualification:

Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or Computer Science.
