The intern will work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to analyze business needs, identify trends, and recommend solutions to enhance software solutions and development processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing requirements for software development projects
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies
- Support the development and documentation of business processes and workflows
- Collaborate with software engineers and UX/UI designers to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Assist in creating presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders and document key discussions and action items
- Help identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions based on data-driven insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau is a plus)
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
