Business Analyst- RPA

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and the Microsoft Power Platform to drive the development of automated solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering detailed requirements and ensuring the successful implementation of automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for RPA and Power Platform solutions.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
• Work closely with RPA developers, solution architects, and project managers to design and develop optimal automation workflows that align with business needs.
• Create detailed process documentation, including process maps, functional specifications, and use cases to ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and key milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Conduct post-deployment reviews and provide ongoing support and training to users to ensure the effective adoption of automated solutions.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, proposing strategies to enhance automation capabilities and scalability across the organization.
• Ensure all automation solutions comply with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on RPA and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong working knowledge of UiPath, Microsoft Azure, and Power Platform technologies, with experience in automation and workflow integration.
• Proven experience in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions between business and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for identifying process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Experience in delivering user training and providing ongoing support for implemented solutions.
• Relevant certifications in RPA or Power Platform technologies (e.g., UiPath Business Analyst Certification, Power Platform certifications) are preferred.
