Key Responsibilities
1. Bidding & Proposal Creation:
Place informed and strategic bids on platforms like Upwork, ensuring proposals align with client needs and showcase our expertise.
Customize proposals to address specific client pain points and demonstrate a clear understanding of project requirements.
2. Lead Generation & Platform Management:
Identify and generate leads using platforms like LinkedIn, nurturing relationships with potential clients.
Engage with prospects to expand the agency’s client base and create a pipeline of opportunities.
3. Discovery Calls & Requirement Gathering:
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client problems, project goals, and limitations.
4. Market Insights & Strategy:
Stay updated on industry trends and provide input to refine sales and business development strategies.
Identify potential growth areas and recommend initiatives to improve client acquisition and retention.
5. Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions.
Act as a liaison between clients and developers during the early stages of the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
Proven experience in business consulting, sales, or marketing. (Experience in technology or software development is a plus.)
Familiarity with platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn for lead generation and client engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in marketing and business strategy development.
- Knowledge of software development processes and basic technical terminology.
- Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
