We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. You’ll work closely with marketing and operations teams to align client needs with our offerings and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships, and services.
  • Generate leads and cold outreach via emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to support long-term business growth.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are properly delivered.
  • Track and report on business development performance and pipeline progress.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of market research and sales principles.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
