Job Overview:
As a Business Development Associate at StudyWeg, you will play a key role in expanding our operations in Pakistan and strengthening our global presence. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work both in the field and in-office, driving partnerships with local agents, educational institutions, and recruiting students, while also managing recruitment and support
efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and form strategic partnerships with potential recruitment partners and local educational institutions to increase brand awareness and student opportunities.
- Arrange and conduct meetings to explore collaboration opportunities, establishing long- term partnerships to drive student admissions.
- Attend educational fairs, student counseling sessions, and networking events to promote StudyWeg's platform and services.
- Deliver presentations and strategy updates, sharing valuable insights with executive management and other stakeholders.
- Use the StudyWeg Portal to oversee student applications, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage agent relationships, maintain partner communications, and improve operational systems, processes, and policies.
- Train agents and partners on using the StudyWeg Portal effectively, ensuring they understand the processes, systems, and requirements.
- Support agent/account development, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and strengthening business relations with partners.
- Propose improvements and identify gaps in recruitment, marketing, and partner engagement processes, helping streamline efforts for better efficiency.
- Offer ongoing support regarding application processes, admissions requirements, and timelines, ensuring partners are kept informed and engaged.
- Create detailed reports on partnership activities, student applications, and success rates, providing valuable insights to management.
- Be confident in delivering workshops, presentations, and leading conferences, representing StudyWeg in front of audiences and on camera.
- Manage incoming agent inquiries and serve as the primary resource for all priority accounts, proactively keeping line management updated.
- Support leadership in strategy execution and implementation, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
