Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and sales through strategic email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and relationship building. The role is ideal for candidates eager to grow their career in B2B sales, targeting clients for tech services such as software development, AI/ML solutions, and data engineering.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Outreach:
• Execute email outreach and LinkedIn campaigns to identify and engage potential clients.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
2. Client Interaction:
• Conduct follow-ups, schedule meetings, and communicate with decision-makers to understand their business needs.
• Assist in presenting tailored solutions for our services, including software development and data engineering.
3. Market Research:
• Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and target companies through thorough research.
• Stay informed about tech industry trends and competitors to refine outreach strategies.
4. Sales Support & Reporting:
• Track outreach campaigns, lead conversions, and client feedback.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports to update progress and performance.
5. Collaboration:
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on client requirements and deliverables.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to refine sales pitches and improve outreach performance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, email outreach, or LinkedIn prospecting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), or email marketing platforms is a plus.
• Ability to research and target potential clients effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Basic understanding of B2B technology services like software development, AI/ML, and data analytics.
• Experience using tools like Apollo.io, Lemlist, or Mailshake is a plus.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to meeting targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working with tech services companies.
• Familiarity with other freelance platforms such as Freelancer, Guru, etc.
• Basic understanding of project requirements for web and app development, software engineering, or AI solutions.
