Business Development Executive

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Technology Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the technology sector, with a focus on achieving revenue goals of $5,000 - $10,000 USD per month. We are hiring for two types of roles: 

Fixed Salary (70,000 - 100,000 PKR/month) and Commission-Based (up to 10% commission with no base salary).

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and generate leads in the technology market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in technology sales.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve monthly revenue targets of $5,000 - $10,000 USD.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Familiarity with the technology sector and understanding of client needs.

Compensation:

We are offering 2 types of role -

• Fixed Salary Role: PKR 70,000 - 100,000 (No commission at this stage).
• Commission-Based Role: Up to 10% commission on achieved sales (No base salary)
