Position: Remote Sales Executives

Requirements:

• Fluency in English: Excellent speaking and writing skills
• Working Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM (Night Shift)
• Domain: Chat + Call Sales

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with Customers: Communicate with potential clients via chat and calls to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
2. Achieve Sales Targets: Convert leads into customers by effectively promoting our products and services.
3. Maintain Customer Records: Accurately update customer details and interactions in the CRM system.
4. Follow Up: Proactively follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
5. Provide Excellent Service: Build long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and resolving queries promptly.
6. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with team members to improve sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
