Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role based in Rawalpindi, with flexibility for remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing leads, closing sales deals, and maintaining client relationships.

You will play a key role in driving company growth by identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and developing effective communication strategies. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support business strategies.
  • Engage with prospects via calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing client accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored pitches and proposals to potential clients.
  • Close deals and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a CRM system to track sales activities and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and New Business Development.
  • Strong understanding of business dynamics and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in account management and client retention.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a strong plus.
