Role Summary:
We're looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation, outreach, and client acquisition across recruitment, staff augmentation, and training verticals. You will identify prospects, build strategic relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads in target markets (startups, IT firms, SaaS companies, digital agencies, enterprises)
- Reach out to decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, HR leads, Delivery Managers) via LinkedIn, cold email, calls, or networking platforms
- Present RecruitPakistan’s recruitment and augmentation services with clear ROI-driven proposals. Schedule discovery calls, build proposals, and close client deals
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the available talent pipeline and project timelines. Maintain up-to-date lead data in CRM and monitor sales pipeline. Monitor industry trends, competitors, and potential client needs.
- Follow up post-closing to ensure client satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Nice to Have:
- Experience working for a tech recruitment or IT outsourcing agency
- Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems, startups, or enterprise software buyers
- Connections in HR or talent acquisition communities
