Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in cold calling, building client relationships, and driving business growth through proactive outreach.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Conduct high-volume cold calling to reach decision-makers, pitch products/services, and generate qualified leads.
• Identify new business opportunities through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research target markets and build prospect lists based on industry, geography, and buyer persona.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in the CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly cold calling and lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and scripts.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales (B2B preferred).
• Strong confidence and communication skills for cold calling and pitching.
• Proficiency in lead generation tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io).
