Role: Business Development Executive
As a Sr. Business Development professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong negotiator, and has a proven track record of driving successful business development initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, and serve as the primary point of contact
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure successful execution of new business initiatives
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners to achieve profitable outcomes
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including revenue growth, customer retention, and new business opportunities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the e-commerce industry
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
